Please read these Terms of Service carefully before engaging AC Roofing Service LLC for any roofing services. By requesting an estimate, signing a proposal, or authorizing any work, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms apply to all residential and commercial roofing services provided by AC Roofing Service LLC throughout Pasco, Kennewick, Richland, West Richland, and all communities across Washington State.

1. ABOUT AC ROOFING SERVICE LLC

AC Roofing Service LLC is a licensed, bonded, and insured roofing contractor operating throughout Washington State, including Pasco, Kennewick, Richland, West Richland, and Walla Walla. We provide residential and commercial roofing services, including installation, replacement, repair, structural roofing work, and maintenance. Our principal office is located at 90 W Canal Drive, Kennewick, WA 99336.

2. SERVICES

AC Roofing Service LLC provides the following roofing services to residential and commercial property owners throughout Washington State, including Walla Walla, Kent, Quincy, the Seattle area, and surrounding communities:

  • Residential roofing installation, replacement, and repair

  • Commercial roofing installation, replacement, and repair

  • TPO membrane roofing systems

  • Metal roofing installation and repair

  • Sheet metal roofing and custom flashing fabrication

  • Asphalt shingle roofing installation and repair

  • Flat roof installation, repair, and restoration

  • Clay and concrete tile roofing

  • Reroofing and complete roof replacement

  • Structural roofing work including deck and framing repair

  • Emergency roof repair and storm damage restoration

  • Roof inspections and condition assessments

All services are subject to a written proposal and signed authorization before work begins. The scope of services for any individual project is defined in the written proposal provided to the client. AC Roofing Service LLC serves property owners throughout Walla Walla, Kent, Quincy, the Seattle area, and all of Washington State.

3. ESTIMATES AND PROPOSALS

Free Estimates - AC Roofing Service LLC provides free, no-obligation estimates for roofing projects throughout Washington State. An estimate visit does not constitute a service agreement or commitment to perform work.

Written Proposals - All roofing work is documented in a written proposal prior to commencement. The proposal outlines the scope of work, materials to be used, estimated timeline, total cost, and payment terms. Proposals are provided to clients in Pasco, Kennewick, Richland, West Richland, and throughout Washington State at no charge.

Proposal Validity - Written proposals from AC Roofing Service LLC are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted. Material prices, labor costs, and availability are subject to change. AC Roofing Service LLC reserves the right to revise a proposal if conditions or material costs change materially before work authorization is received.

Authorization - Work will not begin until the client has reviewed and signed the written proposal, confirming authorization to proceed. Signed authorization constitutes acceptance of the scope, pricing, and terms outlined in the proposal.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

Deposit - AC Roofing Service LLC may require a deposit prior to scheduling or beginning work on roofing projects in Pasco, Kennewick, Richland, West Richland, and throughout Washington State. Deposit amounts and terms will be outlined in the written proposal.

Progress Payments - For larger or multi-phase projects, progress payments may be required at defined milestones as outlined in the written proposal. Payment schedules are agreed upon in writing before work begins.

Final Payment - Final payment is due upon completion of the project and the client's acceptance of the finished work during the final walkthrough. AC Roofing Service LLC considers a project complete when all scope of work items have been completed, and the client has had the opportunity to conduct a final walkthrough.

Accepted Payment Methods - AC Roofing Service LLC accepts payment by check, cash, and other methods as specified in the written proposal. All payment terms are confirmed in writing before work begins for clients throughout Walla Walla, Kent, Quincy, and Washington State.

Late Payments - Invoices not paid within the agreed payment timeline may be subject to late fees as outlined in the written proposal. AC Roofing Service LLC reserves the right to suspend or withhold services on projects with outstanding unpaid balances.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients engaging AC Roofing Service LLC for roofing services throughout Washington State agree to the following responsibilities:

Property Access - Clients are responsible for providing AC Roofing Service LLC's crew with reasonable access to the property and roof during scheduled work hours. This includes ensuring driveways and access paths are clear for crew vehicles and equipment.

Property Preparation - Clients are responsible for removing or protecting personal property, vehicles, landscaping, and outdoor furniture in areas adjacent to the work zone. While AC Roofing Service LLC takes reasonable precautions to protect surrounding areas, roofing work involves the movement of materials and debris that may cause incidental impact on nearby surfaces.

Accurate Information - Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about the property, including any known structural issues, existing damage, prior roofing work, or conditions that may affect the project. Failure to disclose known conditions may affect the warranty coverage applicable to the completed work.

Timely Decisions - Clients are responsible for responding to questions, approving change orders, and making decisions in a timely manner. Project timelines may be affected by delays in client communication or decision-making.

6. CHANGE ORDERS

Any changes to the scope of work outlined in the original signed proposal must be documented in a written change order and approved by the client before additional work is performed. Change orders may affect the total project cost and timeline. AC Roofing Service LLC will provide the client with written documentation of any change order identifying the additional or modified scope, the cost impact, and any timeline adjustments. No change order work will begin without signed client approval.

7. WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY

AC Roofing Service LLC provides a workmanship warranty on all completed roofing projects. Warranty terms, duration, and coverage are specified in the written proposal for each project. The workmanship warranty covers defects in installation that result in roof failure or water intrusion caused directly by improper installation practices.

The workmanship warranty does not cover damage caused by the following:

  • Acts of nature, including storms, hail, high winds, ice, flooding, or other weather events

  • Damage caused by third-party contractors or unauthorized modifications to the roof after project completion

  • Normal wear and deterioration consistent with the age and material type of the roofing system

  • Damage resulting from neglected maintenance or failure to address known issues in a timely manner

  • Structural movement or settlement of the building

Manufacturer Material Warranties - Many roofing materials installed by AC Roofing Service LLC carry separate manufacturer warranties. Manufacturer warranty terms vary by product and are provided to clients in Pasco, Kennewick, Richland, and throughout Washington State at the time of project completion. Manufacturer warranties are separate from and in addition to the AC Roofing Service LLC workmanship warranty.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by Washington State law, AC Roofing Service LLC's total liability for any claim arising from roofing services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. AC Roofing Service LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of income, or damage to personal property beyond the scope of the roofing project.

This limitation of liability applies to all projects completed for clients throughout Washington State, including Kennewick, Pasco, Richland, Walla Walla, Kent, Quincy, the Seattle area, and all surrounding communities.

9. INSURANCE AND LICENSING

AC Roofing Service LLC maintains all required licensing, bonding, and insurance to perform residential and commercial roofing work throughout Washington State. Proof of licensing and insurance is available upon request. Clients are encouraged to verify contractor credentials before authorizing any roofing work on their property regardless of which contractor they engage.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Washington State. Any disputes arising from roofing services provided by AC Roofing Service LLC shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Benton County, Washington, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties. AC Roofing Service LLC encourages clients throughout Pasco, Kennewick, Richland, and Washington State to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before pursuing formal legal remedies.

11. PRIVACY

AC Roofing Service LLC collects client contact information, property details, and project documentation necessary to provide roofing services. This information is used solely for the purpose of delivering and managing roofing projects for clients throughout Washington State. We do not sell, share, or distribute client information to third parties for marketing purposes. Client information may be shared with suppliers, insurance carriers, or subcontractors as necessary to complete your roofing project.

12. UPDATES TO THESE TERMS

AC Roofing Service LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be reflected on our website with a revised effective date. Continued engagement of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Clients in Pasco, Kennewick, Richland, Walla Walla, Kent, Quincy, the Seattle area, and throughout Washington State are encouraged to review these terms periodically.
